Denise's Blog: My Lost SoundCloud Covers

I used to sing on this app called Sing & Record on my iPod. After I was done singing I would upload the file to soundcloud.com through the app.

This is what the Sing & Record app looked like on my iPod.

Then, SoundCloud removed my tracks for copyright reasons. I would play the song and sing over it like karaoke and upload that, so obviously I could see why this happened. I wanted to download the files because my iPod stopped working and I deleted the app from my iPod. So I didn't have an option to download the files from the website. So ten years later I found out that I could use a service on the SoundCloud website called Next Pro, which is a paid service for musical artists. So I basically used my gift card money just to download my old files. I then uploaded those files into my Google Drive and now I am displaying them here on my blog. They are mostly all Young the Giant covers.
