How they get excited when they get a response/evidence
They make me feel excited when they feel excited, like I can connect to what they're feeling
They're not afraid to admit when they're scared

The Dark Stranger (Cat Burglar)

* Story (3 sent.): A young girl is left to trick-or-treat by herself when her parents go to a halloween party. When she finds herself in the middle of a burglary gone wrong. She saves the day by fighting her way out and alerts the authorities.

* Additional Info:

- Her best friend is out of town and she doesn't know anyone else in the neighborhood.
- Ale & her friend that's out of town make a competition of who can get the most candy and won't let anyone get in her way.
- she could trick-or-treat on her own while watching the streets in the process.
- EMILY puts on her wonder-woman costume and she grabs the biggest pillow case she can find and heads out the door.
- Once she was down a good half-block the street. She saw all kinds of costumes that ranged from witch, ghosts, and even crayons.


* Protagonist (Main Character): EMILY Hansen? (sweet name w a strong character)

* Antagonist: The Dark Stranger

* Conflict: They're trying to steal things that aren't theirs

* Conflict Resolved: EMILY beats them up and calls the authorities to save the day

* Closure: The bad guys go where they belong and EMLY feels like a hero!

WHAT IS LENT AND WHY DOES IT MATTER?

Fasting

You can choose to fast from certain foods or use the concept in another part of your life. People often fast from meat, dairy products, alcohol, or coffee because of their rich and addictive natures. Many other things in our lives can be addicting, such as tv, social media, shopping, or gossip. Some people even give up necessities like warm showers, pillows, or eating utensils. You can also replace a habit with another one that draws your attention to God. Here are a few ideas:


Memorize a Bible passage every day.
Say something inspiring to every person you greet.
Attend additional church services or worship events throughout the week.
Spend time confessing to God at the end of every day.
Listen to worship music every time you drive.
Appreciate nature and God's creation for 30 minutes every day.


You don't have to choose something obvious; your challenges and ways you connect with God are unique.

I thought this was interesting for Ash Wednesday today.

Blog Post Notification Emails from Ale's Days!

Of course I accepted! :D

Hello, blog! I am feeling good right now and would like to make an entry. I changed some wallpapers and themes on my phone. I changed my keyboard theme to purple in anticipation for Mardi Gras! That's so exciting! I hope I get the baby from the king cake! And I saw that the official @immortal_amc Instagram account had wallpapers ready for us to use and loved that. I use one of the screenshots from the BTS ep on my desktop and I found another from that ep and used it as my main wallpaper on my phone and one from the Instagram Highlight reels on my lockscreen. It's the one that they made an homage to The Vampire Lestat comic.

I liked how the broken Blogger logo looked here. This was when I was trying to follow the Ale's Days blog, but I'm not able to because it is a private blog. Oh well. I think I will just have to keep checking Ale's Days to see her new posts since I can't get notified of her new posts.

The Lost Walmart Bag 😔😭

Hey, guys! Welcome back to my blog! Today I am going to write about my day. So today Ale convinced me to go to Golden Corral with Ma, Da, and her by commenting on this blog and saying that it was so good. I was convinced big time! :D So we went and I drank coffee, read, and ate some really tasty stuffing. Then we went to the big Walmart in my car and Ma brought her handicap flag thing so we can park close to the entrance for my Ma's bad knee. Once we entered I saw a few free bags of Walmart bags. I REALLY, REALLY wanted that Walmart bag, but what would I have done with it anyway (I'm just trying to make myself feel better that I didn't grab one and I even saw a guy who was carrying a bag and I was REALLY jealous!) and what would have been inside? Coupons or Walmart stuff? I just wanted it, but I guess it is okay. I don't know why I didn't grab one right when I saw it. This is really bothering me. Geez! I think that I was thinking in my head when I saw it that we weren't allowed to grab one without an attend there because there was no one near the table when I saw it. But I do have a Walmart bag like a wine bag from Ma when she went to Walmies one time. I kind of wanted to grab one because no one was around the table. This will be the story of the lost Walmart Bag.
